Gabe and his crew were fantastic. They were on time. They communicated throughout the process. Finished on time and finished on budget. My floors look amazing. They went above and beyond….if I could give them more than five stars I would!
Gabriel was an easy person to keep in contact with. He’s professional and on time ,this made a huge impact on us as it is very hard to find good quality work now days. He mett he’s deadlines in the iob he did for us and we got new floors in our living room in a matter of 3 days , we couldn’t believe how quick things went about.
When I started planning the project to replace the tile in my entire home, I didn’t have a good reference for a contractor. I asked a few tile suppliers for contractor names and in that list was Gabriel Fernandez with Swift Floor and Tile. I learned he was on Instagram, so I took a look at his posts. I love that he posts his work. I was able to see the type of work he does, hear how he feels about his work and get a feel for his priorities before I ever made the call to him. Our first meeting didn’t disappoint. He explained exactly how he planned and completed his jobs and after that, I knew I had found someone I could work with. His estimate includes every detail. You don’t have to wonder what is included and what isn’t because it is clearly outlined. We signed the agreement, and he started work the following week. As promised, he moved quickly. He brought in several members of his team, and they all got to work immediately. They were coordinated and efficient; all of them were working in different areas of my home and I was extremely pleased that everything came together as planned. Gabriel has excellent communication while on the job. He made it a point to check in with me every day. When obstacles were uncovered, he brought them to me with solutions. I am extremely pleased with his work. We have already talked to him about helping with the tile wall for our entertainment center, and he will be my first call on our bathroom remodel in the future. There are many tile contractors out there that can perform good tile work, but not all of them show up on time, work efficiently, communicate and are competitive in price.
They were amazing! I was looking to get my gallery flooring done asap, many other contractors had a long wait, Gabriel and his team heard my concerns and made it happen right away! They were also the lowest cost out of all the bids we got but don’t let that fool you, they provided quality work, expertise and advice, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!
We recently worked with Swift Flooring and Tile to replace the flooring on one side of our home where our guest bedrooms are located, and the results are outstanding. We removed carpet, wood, and tile and replaced them with gorgeous hardwood floors.
Gabriel, the owner, arrived on time for our estimate and walked us through the process in detail. Since we plan to extend the wood flooring through the rest of the house at a later date, it was important that the new flooring lined up perfectly. Gabriel took the time to laser the measurements and align everything with precision so the future phase will blend seamlessly.
His installation team was excellent—professional, respectful, and very considerate of our home, especially since we both work from home. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, which made the process so much easier on us.
The finished product exceeded our expectations. The hardwood floors, crown moulding, and baseboards look beautiful and completely transformed the space. We highly recommend Swift Flooring and Tile for hardwood flooring, tile work, or home renovation projects. Gabriel and his team take pride in their work, and it shows.
